Patient: 62 years old, female
Symptoms:
Severe pain in both knees with weight-bearing and at rest, along with significant mobility restrictions in both knees, particularly pronounced in the left knee. Limitations in daily life, with an inability to engage in physical activities or sports.
Diagnosis:
- Left Knee Joint: Medial femorotibial and femoropatellar deforming gonarthrosis Grade IV with complete wear of the medial meniscus. Massive osteophytic changes.
- Right Knee Joint: Medial femorotibial and femoropatellar deforming gonarthrosis Grade III-IV with complete wear of the medial meniscus.

Surgical Outcome:
Freedom of movement in the knee and a reduction in the pain syndrome occurred immediately after the surgery. With consistent improvement of the symptoms, the patient was nearly symptom-free one month after the surgery. There were no limitations in daily life, and the patient was able to fully engage in physical activities again.
