Case: 3.K.KON.15.19.20
Patient: 20 years old, female
Diagnosis:
Osteonecrosis of the lateral condyle of the right knee joint.

Surgical Outcome:
- Two weeks after surgery, the patient was symptom-free.
- Four weeks after surgery, the patient was able to fully bear weight on the knee.
- Six weeks after surgery, she was able to resume full participation in competitive sports.
