Patient: 65-year-old male
Symptoms:
Persistent knee pain with significant limitations in movement that worsens with weight-bearing; sports activity is not possible.
Diagnosis:
Medial gonarthrosis of grades III-IV, medial meniscus degeneration with meniscus prolapse, femoropatellar arthrosis of grades III-IV at the medial femoral condyle, Baker’s cyst.

Ultrasound images show the condition before the procedure using the RRGGS method of the MIBRAR® system, where an absolute absence of the articular cartilage layer at the medial femoral condyle is evident.
Operative result:
Consistent improvement of symptoms has led to stable symptom-free status.
