Case 5.K.BSV.7.19.20.25 – Lumbar Disc Herniation

Case: 5.K.BSV.7.19.20.25

47 Jears (male)

Diagnosis:

Right-sided mediolateral disc herniation at L5/S1 causing stenosis of the spinal canal and right neuroforamen, with cranial migration of the sequestrated disc material and compression of the nerve roots on the right at L5 and S1.

Surgical Outcome:

The patient was symptom-free one week after the operation.
