Prof. Dr. med. dent. Dr. h. c. Ottaviano Tapparo specializes in bone regeneration and bone formation, as well as periodontology and immunology. He was one of the first expert in Germany who performed Sinus Lift procedure (a complex method for the preparation of maxillary implants). Besides that he has been working for a long time with various laser procedures. Since 1987 his emphasis being placed on health impacts of dental materials and environmental toxins.
